Kim offers an extraordinary service that we were so lucky to find. Kim was able to offer extensive knowledge on all things AAC device related and sent me all the information and links I needed before I even ordered anything. Kim was able to custom make us a keyguard which ultimately saved me from getting me a really heavy AAC device which we did not want to commit to at this stage. The keyguard was a perfect fit, can easily come on and off compared to the ones on dedicated devices, and arrived promptly and was incredibly reasonably priced.
