By submitting a request for a quote on the KimTech website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not submit a quote request.

- Submission: When you submit a request for a quote, this is a cost estimate only. To proceed with the hire, please complete the equipment hire request form
- Response Time: We will endeavour to respond to your quote request within 2-3 business days. However, response times may vary depending on the our current workload.
- Non-Binding: Any quotes provided are estimates and do not constitute a binding contract. Prices and availability may vary based on equipment requested, and other factors.
3. Pricing
- Estimated Cost: The quote will include an estimated cost based on the information you provide. This cost is subject to change if additional details or changes are made after the initial quote is provided.
- Final Pricing: Final pricing will be provided in the form of a formal quote provided to the client / family at the time following submission of an equipment hire request form.
4. Confidentiality
- Data Protection: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any details you provide will be used solely for the purpose of preparing your quote and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
6. Cancellation and Modifications
- Cancellation: You may cancel your quote request at any time before accepting the final quote.

KimTech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
