KimTech uniquely provides a way of hiring and trying lower cost assistive technology, including iPads with AAC apps and access tools which are generally not possible to loan/hire from suppliers. Hire length has flexibility to allow a long enough period to work out if the equipment is the right fit and, for therapists, to get enough evidence/information for funding applications. Kim also has years of experience in managing and running specialist equipment programs and libraries as well as being a speech pathologist with technology expertise. She is passionate about people having the technology and tools to try so they can communicate, learn and play.
