Setup Fee (required for iPad hire)

Each iPad or dynamic device requested for hire is setup by a kimtech therapist which involves one hour of therapy time and includes:

• Removal of all personal information from the previous hirer
• Updating firmware
• Loading the iTunes account
• Loading the apps requested including signing in or setting up subscriptions as required
• Loading voices onto the app and ensuring that the voices are updated
• Setting up page sets and grid layouts
